  This was my first time visiting the dealership, and bringing my car for service, and I will definitely say it won't be the last!! I was extremely well looked after, kept informed, had no surprises and my expectations were certainly exceeded. Great job, keep up the great work.

  I had never stop at this Dodge dealership before, but when I found out it was under new management, I when in to look at a trade for my wife’s SUV. I met with David, very polite and courteous, took care of me as soon as I walked in. Usually I am not too keen on pushy sales man but David was the opposite, David took the time to see what I wanted exactly, and we could not find exactly what I was looking for in my price range, so left. I get this call at 7:00pm and there is David, “I found your perfect Jeep Cherokee”, David email me pictures and it was the perfect Jeep. Next day I went in and David, based on my price range add worked out with dealership Manager” great person” so that all pricing was done and was in my price range, I do not know how he pulled this off but David really work on my behalf. David never put pressure on selling the car and me promising stuff that salesman can never deliver anyway like other sales man do all the time.

  I bought many cars from dealers at my age, and I really have to say that this is one of the best dealer experience I ever had, and would recommend this dealer ship to anybody, taking the drive to Embrun will get you what you are looking for and you will leave with a great satisfaction. Very satisfy with the sales and Management of Embrun Dodge, Great atmosphere.

  I'm a tough customer because I know enough to see through the usual up sell recommendations. I went in to have my oil changed and at the same time I needed them to check my tie rods. Since the car was up already, they didn't charge me to look at the tie rods. When I came back to have the tie rods replaced I asked for the tires to be rotated. They discounted it by 50% because the front tires were coming off already. These were only small discounts, but over time this kind of customer service can really add up. Overall I'm pleased with the service received.

  They have an extremely efficient and knowledgeable service department. The needed maintenance service and repairs are done as per your appointment and time frames.

  Was very happy with Sales person, not pushy like most, got me exactly what I wanted. After driving Suburbans for the last 20 years I have changed to a Dodge Durango and I love it.
